This is a new facility for the Building Inspections and Planning Departments for the Town of Apex. The work consists of a 14,000-square-foot 2-story building ground-up construction with associated site work and infrastructure to include a transit bus stop, bus overlay parking, fleet parking, and a stormwater retention area. Our NC team is currently finishing up the last bit of punch list items to get this thing to completion. We can’t wait to complete this beautiful new building to the Town of Apex.
