Our People

Our vision is to be the company of choice because of our excellence in building people, trust, pride, and buildings.

Our Team

If you ask us, this photo says it all. A whole lot of hands in the air and a whole lot of heart behind every one of them. From the guys out on the job site getting dirty and getting it done, to the folks in the office keeping everything (and everyone) on track, this is the crew that makes MLB Construction what it is. We've got team members who've been here for years and others who are just getting started, but everyone brings the same thing to the table: a genuine drive to do good work and take care of each other while doing it. We laugh a lot, we work hard, and we show up for one another. After 75+ years, we've learned that buildings come and go, but the people who build them are what really last. This is our team, and we're proud of every single one of them.

Meet our management team

Dedicated employees and experienced leaders, on every project, for more than 80 years.

Our people stay involved on every project, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough, shaping our services around what each client actually needs — not a one-size-fits-all process.
