SPAC Backstage Renovations

Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs underwent a transformational replacement and upgrade of the existing concessions and restroom facilities. There are now two new concession buildings along with an open-air pavilion. The year round event space will be used for seminars, fundraisers and encompasses a classroom space for arts education. The two-story building also has a VIP bar located on the rooftop patio along with separate kitchen faculties. The open air pavilion will be used as a VIP gathering space during the performance season and also includes an exclusive bar facility.This complete renovation consisted of the backstage bathrooms and dressing rooms. The client also added a beautiful commercial kitchen.There are new floors, ceilings, paint, lighting, bathroom fixtures, wall tile and kitchen appliances.
