Siena University - Plassman Hall

This project featured extensive interior improvements that transformed the building’s living spaces. MLB updated bedrooms and hallways with refreshed finishes, new lighting fixtures and modern details.  While also completing a full renovation of the 2nd floor bathroom and implementing significant upgrades to the mechanical infrastructure in the building to support long-term performance and functionality. MLB is proud to continue its long-standing relationship with Siena University, delivering projects that elevate the student experience and support the college’s commitment to providing a modern and comfortable campus environment.
