MLB completed the renovation of the GE Power & Water Building #5 in 2016, updating office space and the employee wellness center.
Improvements include renovating existing office space, expanding the fitness center and improving the wellness center. In addition, sidewalks, landscaping and roads will be upgraded. Construction consisted of a complete gut renovation down the exterior walls, installation of new finishes, all new HVAC equipment and new exterior windows.
