LS Power Operations Support Facility

The LS Power Operations Support Facility is a brand new pre-engineered metal building with over 14,000 square feet of space. The building features a secure vestibule for visitors, a work space, meeting space, fully equipped kitchen and restrooms. The building also has a mezzanine area for storage, among other storage areas, and below that, a locker room complete with another restroom, shower area and washer and dryer. The warehouse portion of the building houses a multiple configurations of racking and shelving systems and several overhead door openings, one of those being a 40’ wide overhead bifold door. The building also features radiant heating throughout and an 80’ long trench drain for ease of maintenance in the warehouse space. The exterior of building includes a retention pond, parking spaces and covered outdoor storage.
