Marshalls, Lake Placid, NY

In 2015, MLB expanded its list of retail clientele to include TJX, Inc. when we were awarded the new Marshalls department store in Lake Placid, NY. The project included complete demolition of an existing structure and reconstruction from the footings up. Even with the tough winter conditions of the northern Adirondack Park, the new 22,000 square foot retail space had its grand opening date of May 5, 2016.

Since its opening, Marshalls has been a huge hit for the village of Lake Placid and the surrounding towns; the store was able to top a $1,000,000 in sales in a matter of months. With the success of the project and the positive relationship built with TJX representatives, MLB has been contacted for several potential projects in 2017.
