Montgomery County Shared Services Facility

MLB Construction Services, LLC transformed the Montgomery County Shared Service Facility. MLB Construction was honored to be the General Contractor for this amazing shared services building. With MLB’s experience in historical building renovation and well-built labor forces, we were able to successfully complete this undertaking.

This project was designed and constructed to solve two longstanding county problems.

1. Relocating the county department of public works and business development center out of the mohawk river flood plain which sustained an estimated $300,000 worth of damages during the flood in 2011 and 2007.

2. Help the county to fill out the remaining 25 acres of undeveloped land in the 84 acre Glen Canal View business Park.
