The project consisted of a new one-story dormitory
designed to provide comfortable and accessible housing for Saratoga Racecourse backstretch workers. The 6,286-square-foot dormitory includes 24 rooms, along with shared restroom and shower facilities to support daily living needs. This project was completed on a tight schedule to align with the Belmont race in June 2025, which required very close coordination with New York Racing Association officials and MLB project management.
