Pendragon Theatre

MLB was honored to be the Construction Manager for the Pendragon Theatre. Pendragon has been the center of theatre and art enrichment for the Adirondack community for over 45 years. Making this project meaningful and beneficial to everyone involved!

This renovation consists of a 10,000 square foot existing structure and construction of a new 5,500 square foot single addition with a mezzanine. The existing single story space will be renovated into storage rooms, offices, restrooms. The existing building will have significant masonry and foundation repairs as required and a new roof. All new mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical systems will also be installed. The addition will include a theater space with fixed audience seating, theater lighting and AV systems.
