Replaced store front while continuing operations
MLB was chosen from a large group of contractors to replace the store front of the University of Tampa’s Riverside Building. The complexity of this job was the timing. MLB needed to guarantee that the day-to-day use continued for the campus throughout the construction duration. MLB coordinated extensive electrical and concrete work during the project and was able to turn the building over to the University at the scheduled time.
